The Vyesstuon project provides biodegradable sanitary napkins and menstrual health awareness workshops to girls and women throughout Kashmir Valley. The pilot program at five locations will provide a platform for encompassing lessons learned and scaling the program for impact.

HELP Humans launched a Basic Cardiopulmonary Life Support training course in Dec 2022 in Srinagar. This training provides immediate care and reduces the load factor on ambulances, hospitals and emergency staff to attend to other acute cases.
